  1. Unfortunatly, yes. White grains, bread, and rice are bad, especially if you’re dieting. They can make it hard to take off some of the pounds. Brown rice and whole grains are the only healthy types you should really eat

  2. Yes, but try dirty rice (brown rice). It’s good if you know what to do with it.

  3. It’s not really bad as long as you eat it in moderation. Although brown rice is indeed a lot better. Cause unlike white rice, it is organic. Oh, and pasta is a lot better than white rice too cause like brown rice, you get complex carbohydrates, rather than simple carbs. But if you’re on a diet, just go easy on the carbs. Best of luck! :)

  4. Absolutely. White rice isn’t categoriesed as a whole grain food and is mainly starchy.
Brown rice on the other hand is a wholegrain and has about 3.5 times better food value as against white rice.
The main difference between the two is the fiber content.
White rice has very little to zero fiber and brown rice has a lot more than that. When you eat food rich in fiber, it slows down the digestion process that way the body is supplied with constant source of energy rather than storing it as fat.
White rice is exactly the opposite. Due to its low / Zero fiber content, the body processes it much fast and it ends up being stored as fat which is not good when you re dieting.
